We are Chartered Building Surveyors providing a wide range of building surveying services such as building surveys, technical due diligence reports and construction project management.

We are based in Shropshire, covering the West Midlands and Mid Wales but we also undertake work throughout the UK and frequently in London.

We also undertake surveys in Ireland and occasionally in Europe.

Our fees vary, and are quoted based upon the specific requirements of each project. The resource time required depends upon the size of the buildings or portfolio, or the duration of the project and extent of our involvement.

All enquiries will receive a written quotation with scope of services and fee, plus stage payments milestones where appropriate.

We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors, registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). RICS develops and enforces leading international standards to protect consumers and businesses, ensuring the highest level of professionalism is employed across the built and natural environment.

We uphold the RICS regulations which set out the ethical standards, conduct and competence expected for Members of RICS.
